The Conversation: Jewish In America is a unique project based on a simple concept: bringing together about 55 American Jews who are leaders or potential leaders in their respective fields to talk about the future of Jewish life in this country and what it means to be Jewish in the 21st century.

The first Conversation was held in October 2005 in Aspen, Colorado, and was judged a major success. The second Conversation was held at the Aspen Wye River Conference Center on the Eastern shore of MD. The next two Conversation's were held The Chateau Elan outside of Atlanta.

This past year we convened at Pearstone Conference Center in Baltimore, MD, where we will be once again, October 17-19, 2010.

Sponsored by The Jewish Week, the program is intended to provide a safe and creative place for people from a wide span of religious, political and generational perspectives - but who share a love for the Jewish people and care about its history, survival and advancement - to meet, talk, and imagine together.
